Owen Kenyon had his Rubicon moment in 1999, when he set out to establish a restaurant that showcased his passion for food and wine.

At Rubicon, our focus is on offering a complete dining experience. Featuring contemporary Australian food offering small tastes to more substantial courses, our comprehensive menu is complemented by a sophisticated selection of local, regional and global wines curated by our head sommelier. With four small dining rooms, Rubicon can be transformed into a more secluded private dining area or opened up to accommodate larger functions or corporate dinners.
